To Qualify:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or older for most positions, 16 & 17 year old applicants may be considered for limited duty assignments
- You must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED; or be willing to completing a GED program in the next two years
- You must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiver role preferred
- You must have an above average reading and comprehension level
- A calm and pleasant demeanor, professional attitude and strong work ethics are a must
- You must have a valid OHIO driver’s license for at least three years with NO MORE THAN FOUR POINTS (for most positions)
- You must pass a complete criminal background check
