Susanna’s Café by HELP Harvest offers coffee, tea, specialty drinks, all-day breakfast, cold sandwiches, pressed paninis, salads, high protein lunch selections, and snacks. Susanna’s Café also features partnerships with iconic local food vendors in the MidTown district that showcase some of the best culinary offerings in Cleveland.

Located in the heart of Midtown at the new Cleveland Foundation headquarters, Susanna’s Café not only offers delicious, locally sourced meals but also provides invaluable job training and employment opportunities. Susanna’s Café by HELP Harvest offers a stepping-stone for individuals who are ready to graduate into community employment.

The Café is a part of the HELP Harvest seed-to-table program:

HELP Harvest Greenhouse, located in Euclid, features over 4,000 square feet of hydroponic greenhouse space and classroom space, where individuals learn skills that are critical to navigating employment.
HELP Harvest Kitchen, located in Lakewood and expanding in 2024, serves as a training facility to prepare, package, and label produce grown at HELP Harvest Greenhouse.
Susanna’s Café by HELP Harvest offers a stepping-stone for individuals who are eager to learn front of the house hospitality services and for persons who are ready to graduate into community employment. The Café serves delicious, healthy food options prepared in the HELP Harvest Kitchen.

This unique seed-to-table vocational program incorporates three important initiatives that enhance our vocational and employment services and empower individuals on their path toward community employment. HELP’s vocational and employment services provide structured classroom learning, hands-on experiential learning activities, and one-on-one job coaching geared towards developing hard and soft skills needed to succeed in competitive integrated employment.

HELP believes that people living with disabilities, given the right opportunities, can work and be productive members of the community. With the HELP Harvest program and Susanna’s Café, our vision is being further realized to support pathways that give every individual the chance to thrive and reach their full ability, contributing to a vibrant, inclusive community.
