Located in the MidTown
Cleveland area of the
city’s
eastside, HELP Six Chimneys is a subsidized housing facility that, by
teaching independent living skills, provides a stepping stone from
institutions, nursing homes and group homes to individual’s own
apartments in the community. This 46–unit apartment building was opened
in 1983 and has successfully assisted numerous individuals in their
quest to live independently in the community.
