HELP U Shred is HELP's largest vocational program. Almost 100 consumers are employed by HELP U Shred at the Euclid and Northfield locations. Our vocational programs provide paid job training that teaches consumers usable skills and appropriate workplace behaviors. Employees of HELP U Shred earn the full State of Ohio minimum wage for the hard work they dedicate to servicing our contracts.
HELP U Shred is a successful business currently accepting new contracts and drop-off agreements from our community partners. If you are in need of shredding services, please contact Allison Pickett at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 216-372-9117. HELP is proud to provide shredding services at competitive rates throughout Northeast Ohio!

Although HELP U Shred is the largest vocational program, it is not the only one offered at HELP. We understand that consumers have different work interests, so we created HELP U Crew for those who want to work outside and with tools. This group of men is responsible for lawn care and maintenance at the HELP facilities. They mow lawns, paint, remove downed trees after storms and accomplish whatever project is thrown their way. They are always willing to dig in, learn something new, and get the job done!
HELP U Crew gearing up for a big day of work!
