Located in Cleveland's Mid-Town Neighborhood,
HELP Six Chimneys is a HUD subsidized housing facility which serves as a stepping stone from institutions, nursing homes and
group homes to an individual’s own apartment in the community. This 46–unit
apartment building was opened in 1983 and has successfully assisted hundreds of
individuals in their quest to live independently in the community.
