Foundation Support and Special Funds For Endowments
The HELP Endowment Fund at the Cleveland Foundation was created to assure the future of programs serving children and adults with developmental disabilities. We welcome our supporters to create a named fund to honor the memory of an individual or family with special bequest. These can be dedicated to individual programs, sites or special needs of our clients. The ongoing proceeds of such investments will automatically be distributed to the designated choice and provide for future support of our clients. Click here to open a printable Endowment Form.
Start a fund in your name or in honor or memory of a friend or loved one. All contributions are tax deductible for income tax purposes.
An endowment can be set-up with a commitment of as little as $2,500.00.
Contribution to your fund or in honor of someone else can be paid over time.
| $2,500 to $4,999 | Contributions | over 2 years |
| $5,000 to $9,999 | Contributions | over 3 years |
| $10,000 or more | Contributions | over 5 years |
