This program enables adults to live independently in the community. Staff visit individuals regularly in their apartments in scattered sites throughout the community and provides ongoing supervision, guidance, and assistance as indicated in the ISP. Many individuals are community employed and need only moderate supervision. The goal is for individuals to learn independent living skills, have access to community services and to receive the supports needed to achieve the highest quality of life possible.
